Ducati is recalling certain model year 2006 Multistrada 620, model year 2003-2006 Multistrada 1000, and model year 2007-2009 Multistrada 1100 motorcycles.
Fuel leakage can occur at the fuel tank pump flange seal. Fuel leakage, in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire.
The number of units affected is 3911.

The throttle cables may come into contact with the upper edge of the radiator during normal operation of the motorcycle. This situation could cause the throttle cables to become chafed by the radiator resulting in damage to the motorcycle and a potential hazard to the rider.

The motorcycle's center stand mounting screws may come loose during normal operation. This situation could cause the center stand to possibly become displaced from its intended mounting position resulting in damage to the motorcycle and a potential hazard to the rider.

Ducati beats Harley at US Grand National Flat Track
Harley Davidson has been dominating flat track racing in America basically since it began. On the faster one mile tracks it is 17 years since any other manufacturer has won a race. So it was an enormous surprise to see the Ducati Hypermotard 1100EVO powered flat-tracker take the marque's first ever Grand National victory in the Yavapai Downs Mile in Arizona last Saturday. Apart from ending an unbroken 17 year winning streak by Harley on one mile tracks, the win marks the first time a readily available production engine has won a Grand National Twins race in 29 years.

Although expensive, Ducati got its own place for the speed lovers across the country. Proved, although recently introduced last Sunday, two new variants of Ducati Streetfighter Ducati and Ducati's 1198 Superbike in demand booked customers. And the price variance is not exactly cheap. Because variants Ducati Ducati Streetfighter sell each type of 410 million for the 'ordinary' and 450 million for the type of S.
While Ducati Superbike 1198 sold 450 million price for the standard and 500 million for Superbike version of S.
And despite a purchase price of the bag draining enough, in the year earlier in 2008, PT Supermoto was still able to sell up to 24 units of Ducati and until last September.
It's worth it for the passion and the Ducati engine power which is different from other motor sport
